I’ve been developing with Amazon QuickSight and have been having this problem with billing where when I created the account, it automatically signed me up for Amazon Q in Quick. Which from what I understand charges $250 per month. I thought I had setup the account the first time with an Admin Pro so I contacted AWS to try to get this refunded but its been 3 weeks since and I haven’t had a response.
So my solution was to try and delete Amazon QuickSight and start over (since I’m mostly doing dashboard building through code.) However much to my chagrin, it had automatically signed me up for Amazon Q again!
I’ve almost at a loss with trying to not get charged for this feature that’s automatically put on my account. Can anyone help?
