Bug: my quick desktop app has stopped responding

i started using the desktop app earlier, after several chats and some useful work it is now not responding.

i can input prompts or start new chats and it receives them, however does not answer back and just sits there.

i have restarted the computer, i have also reinstalled and i have refreshed both on the desktop app and the web app and nothing is currently fixing the lock

So what you are experiencing is that the chat agent receives your prompts but essentially stalls out and does not respond. I have not noticed anyone else on the community experiencing this; however, with the desktop application being new, bugs are expected to occur.

Real quick, what is your session and/or monthly usage at? That is one thing I can think of that could be causing this problem because you may have hit your usage limit. Moreover, I would recommend checking out this resource (Troubleshooting - Amazon Quick) and seeing if anything there may be helpful.

my session usage wasnt full,

i seem to have solved it by logging out and logging back in within the app (strange as restarting and reinstalling didnt work) so now its working again
