The underlying size of the dataset seems to be at the root of your issues.

There are similar issues encountered by other members in the community. I suggest you reach out to AWS with a ticket so they can do a deeper analysis .

Pivot table shows "Can't load all the data" when enable "Row Total"

Is your table too big ? how many Rows & Columns are we talking here ? if the issue is with only Row Total I would suggest to raise a AWS support ticket and report the issue.
