Clicking a KPI visual grays out all other visuals

We have several Dashboards with similar look and feel of a doughnut chart, several KPI (count) visuals and a table or two. While I never expect a user to click a KPI visual since it is only showing a single number value and no actions - I had a user do that on a new dashboard and the result was that the doughnut, the table, and the rest of the KPI visuals all “greyed out”.
Is this an expected effect recently, or have I incorporated some odd thing in newer Analyses/Dashboards (I have older dashboards that the same click does nothing at all).
Hope somebody has a suggestion of what to look at that might have this effect - we are embedding our dashboards in an iFrame on a local web page to share with our users.

Hi @jnkline,
Somewhat recently, there was an additional feature option added that allows you to set the visual highlighting option, which can be found under ‘Edit’ - ‘Analysis Settings’. Towards the bottom you’ll see the following option, I would suggest testing this option out to see if it works for your case:

Let me know if this helps or if you have any additional questions
