Have you checked with any other users’ to see if they’re encountering the same issues?
If this user has access to view the dashboard overall, it wouldn’t be a permissions issue.
In regards to the message being received; ‘No Data’ normally entails that there are literally no matching records in the dataset for what the visual is trying to portray, and normally that would be the response from some type of filter being applied that do not match any records.
While you mentioned that your control filters are set to the same values, there is a possibility that an old filter could have gotten applied and never removed.
If you’ve confirmed that there are no lasting filters attached by accident, then I believe this may be a bug and would suggest you to submit a support ticket to get more direct assistance from the support team.
