Try deleting and recreating the visual from scratch, as this resolves the issue in many cases. Alternatively, log out of the Quick Suite console and log back in for a quick reset, or clear your browser cache and cookies before attempting again. Once reopened, select the series, open the custom color modal, enter the desired hex code directly in the field, and apply the changes.

I tried all your suggestions (redo the visual, exit and login again and delete the cookies).
Nothing helped. The field are not selectable.
As a workaround I change the color on another visual and then use the “recent custom colors” to set the color on the series.
It works for now but I think the base issued should be addressed by Quicksight.

If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account.
