I am using a chat agent that creates an outbound email. In the email preview there are a large number of characters between and around words making it difficult for the user to preview what is being sent. Is there any way to have the preview show exactly what will be sent without all the extra characters? I assume the characters are code which say when there will be a new paragraph, bullet points, and font changes.

Have you tested out sending the Email, and if so does it send with those additional characters?
Additionally, would you be able to share some type of screenshot showing these characters and where they’re populating?
