Automated Email Layout Broken (Cutoff/Overlapping)

I am encountering a sudden formatting issue with a daily automated email report. This report has been running successfully for a long time with no changes to the analysis, but starting last week, the email snapshots began arriving with charts cut off and visuals overlapping.

Configuration Details:

  • Layout Mode: Tiled

  • Sheet Size: Fixed at 1600px

The Discrepancy: The issue is isolated strictly to the automated email service. When I view the dashboard in the browser or manually export it to PDF, the layout renders perfectly. The cutoff and overlapping only appear in the automated daily email.

Has anyone else experienced this recent regression, or is there a known setting to force the email generator to respect the manual PDF rendering logic?

In PDF, it’s aligned with expectation.

Any insights would be appreciated.

That is definitely some interesting behavior you are encountering. I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket, as AWS Support might be better be able to see why this is occurring.
