somehow I can’t use my chat agents and I get this error code message. What can I do? I want to choose another chat agent to ask my question but it seems that this is not allowed to me.

I think this error could be from two things. Can you check to make sure you are in the correct region? It says that the permission is denied for the user in the us-east region so I would double check that. Additionally, your account permissions might have unknowingly changed. If you are in the correct region, then I would reach out to your account administrator to double check your account permissions.
