General Cost Question

Hi Team,

We own an QS enterprise account and have few questions around cost.

  • If a user with author privilege used QS in Jan month and in Feb user had zero activity and not even signed into account. Does the user get changed for Jan alone or even Feb.

  • How does author get charged is it monthly or session based.

  • If a user with author privilege logs into QS only once in month, will they still be charged for complete month? can we adjust this to session based

Thank you for your question.

  1. Authors are charged monthly and at a prorated rate when you add them in the middle of a billing period. They are charged until the end of the billing period even if you delete them during the billing period. January and February will be charged.

  2. Authors are charged monthly.

  3. Authors do not have session based pricing only readers do.
