I just want to confirm that my assumption is correct.
I was trying to Generate PDF for one of my dashboard (dashboard is embedded in our website) but got this error: Generation failed: We can’t create your PDF right now. Wait a few minutes, and try again.
I applied certain filters and my all my charts shows “No data”. Does Amazon Quick not allow you to generate pdf if your filters result to “no data”?

Are you able to generate a pdf in scenarios where it doesn’t result in No Data? Did you wait a few minutes and test out again, and if so, did it work?
I just tested out in a standard Dashboard (not embedded); I adjusted controls on a sheet to create a No Data scenario but my pdf was still able to generate so I don’t believe that would be the case.
