How can we add dynamic value through text box or insights as shown in the image

How can we achieve a dynamic value using some text box or insights. Igf the value of the field changes then the text box should gets updated.

You can use Insights with narrative templates to achieve the dynamic text box.

I tried with the customised narratives expression. But it’s not working.
