The logo for my dashboard is stored in the directory below and displays correctly on the dashboard itself. However, when I receive scheduled reports via email, the logo doesn’t appear. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and ensure the logo is visible in emailed reports?

Hi @prantika_sinha, After deleting the original schedule and creating a new one, the logo displayed correctly. It appears that the previous snapshot had not been properly refreshed, which likely caused the initial display issue.
