How to display the logo of the dashboard in the report from the email?

The logo for my dashboard is stored in the directory below and displays correctly on the dashboard itself. However, when I receive scheduled reports via email, the logo doesn’t appear. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue and ensure the logo is visible in emailed reports?

Hi @Li_Yang ,

With the new feature that allows to upload images to be embedded in the dashboard, you can try to resolve this issue.

Alternately, you may need to check the required permissions if you wish to continue to use the image from the corp drive.

Hi @prantika_sinha , Thank you for providing that information. I’ve followed your suggestion and used the upload image function. However, I’m still encountering an issue: the image is not appearing in the email. Could you please offer any additional guidance on how to resolve this problem?

I see the snippet is from the analysis, can you share how does it look in the dashboard? is it loading when you view dashboard in the console?

Hi @prantika_sinha, After deleting the original schedule and creating a new one, the logo displayed correctly. It appears that the previous snapshot had not been properly refreshed, which likely caused the initial display issue.
