How to turn a Quick agent public to all Amazonians and have usage information available?

I created a Quick agent and share it with several users. As there is an increasing request for access, I would turn the agent public to all Amazonians so that I could avoid granting individual access. At that point, I would need a dashboard/analytics to measure the usage, the sessions and the overall Quick agent activity. How can I do that? Thanks a lot!

Hi @marmarai,

To the best of my understanding, Chat Agent’s sharing capabilities act similar to other assets within Quick, where to share with multiple users as opposed to individually would best be handled through Grouping or Namespaces so that you can then provide access to the Group.
You could explore embedding the agent for others’ to access, however I believe they still need an account that has been given access to utilize the agent.
Additionally, as this question is relating to an internal AWS account, you may have to reach out internally as this is more of a public user operated forum and we would not have access to that account/any private account information!
