I need to help me with a question. I have a analysis in Quickisight and I want to replace a dashboard with this new analysis. I am co-owner of the dashboard but I have the “replace an existing dashboard” disabled.

hi @Sebastian_Palacio_Re can you just Sign Out into QuickSight and again Sign in so that we can confirm that QuickSight is working fine some access issue is there so that you can work upon it with the the help of QuickSight Admin.

Hi,

Not sure if this is the case but in my experience is that when you published a dashboard through a template you can no longer use this option.

If you are sure that didn’t happen than I do not know why this would happen.

Hi @Jeroen thanx for providing your understanding in clearly I never worked with QuickSight template.

Hi.
No, I did not create the analysis by a template. Even I created the analysis manually and it does not function.

Thanks

@Sebastian_Palacio_Re Do you have access to all the datasets of the dashboard as well?

Hi @Max - I believe you are correct. To share a dashboard, underline analysis and dataset permission is require. @Sebastian_Palacio_Re - Please check Max’s suggestion .
