The reason is because you are co-owner of the analysis but the dashboard was not shared with you.
Whenever someone shares an analysis with you, be sure that any dashboard published is also shared with you, so you can overwrite that dashboard after modifications in the analysis.
The best practice suggested is to use “folders”. The content in a folder is automatically shared with all the users that folder was shared previously with. Therefore, we can use a folder for analysis and a folder for dashboards. Providing different permissions and access to each folder.
