Is there a way to use paginated reports cross account?

I’m trying to implement QuickSight with multiple enviroments. But in my use case, I choose work with QuickSight to use the paginated reports and deliver it to customers. So, is there a way to use the same license cross account, and only pay for one ?

I am afraid that the license for the paginated reports is per an account. in order to deliver to customers, you might be able to use namespace, which basically isolates the users/groups from others ?
