Issue with Automated Email Schedule

Hello Team, for one of my dashboard I have created a schedule to email the view of dashboard every day at 9 am (Europe/London) time. Please see the attached screenshot of the schedule. The issue I am facing is that on some days the email is not sent out. Data set refreshed successfully on these days but still the email was not sent out.

Please refer to second attached screenshot. Email was sen out on Mar 17th, Mar 18th but was not sent out of Mar 19th, Mar 21st and Mar 22nd.

Could you please guide me why this could be happening and what steps I can take to fix this issue.

It could be that the dataset refresh was running at the same time the email was scheduled. Was there an overlap on dataset refresh and email schedule time on the days the email wasn’t sent?

Kindly ensure that you allow the dataset refresh to complete before triggering the automated email.

Also please ensure that you don’t have any confidential data in the screenshot you’ve shared.
