My Quick desktop update and now i am having challenges with log in getting the same error ‘Login Failed, Could not reach the user information service.’
I wouldn’t want to reinstall because i suspect i may not be able to retrieve all my chats which have very important information and i’ve noticed those chats are not backed up on Online Quick.

I am sorry to hear that you’re experiencing that. I would recommend creating a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate into why you are having trouble logging in. Please refer to this resource on how to create a support ticket (Case management - AWS Support).
