Quick App visualization lost all content, unable to restore

Description:

My Quick App (BMP Hub — Builder Mind…) suddenly shows only the default placeholder (“This page hasn’t been generated yet”) instead of the actual app content. The app is still published and was working correctly before this happened.

When attempting to restore a previous version, the operation fails with:

“Revert failed: Target commit fde3f98687be98ff112dc5c31d29a96f8888786e is not present in the workspace history”

The version selector still lists old versions (up to 428) but they all contain only the default placeholder. The Apps Assistant confirms that App.tsx only contains the initial template and no actual app code is present in any commit.

No manual deletion was performed. The corruption happened silently. The app is still running correctly in production (published version works), but the editor workspace has lost all content.

Requesting workspace restoration from the published app’s backend or help on this matter.

Hi @inescadi and welcome to the Quick Community!
Please note that as the Community is more of a public facing forum, we would not have access or the ability to assist with actions within private accounts. I would suggest reaching out through an internal channel to receive further assistance with a request regarding permission/access.
