Quick desktop client not responding to chat requests

After I installed, Quick desktop client, it isn’t responding to chat requests, and repeatedly prompts for login despite already being logged in.

Hi I am facing a similar issue: it is saying "Quick requires an update to continue to function. Restart to update." But I don’t have any pending updates at this point in time… Any guidance or assistance on the matter?

I am on the latest version, updated this morning (v1413). Still no luck!

I noticed that none of the agents are listed and I cant search or create a new agent either.

Any one have any suggestions?
