Hello, I changed region for quicksight. I saw that in the old region I have 30Gb of Spice space, but in the new region I have 0. Is this related to the licenses?
Where can I see how many and which type of licenses are within the account (despite the region)?

SPICE capacity is tied to a region within QuickSight, while users exist for the whole QuickSight account. If you are an Admin, you should be able to see all the users when navigating to the top right icon >Manage QuickSight > Manage Users.
