I have many datasets and I want to use the dataset enrichment. My datasets designed in old experiences and now I need to switch to new experience to use the tab for dataset enrichment but I get the following message. What it the reason for that?

Before looking further into this issue, are your datasets built with custom SQL querying, or were they built with the UI? If the former, this behavior could be occurring because what was specifically written could possibly be preventing the dataset from switching to the new experience.
