Trouble logging into quick suite mobile

When i try to log into quicksuite mobile it says my username is incorrect. Im using my amazon alias is that correct?

While it is possible that your amazon alias could serve as your Quick account name as well, you would need to have a Quick account created/registered, which is separate from your amazon account.
I would suggest reaching out internally to an account admin who can assist with providing your Quick username if it exists or setting up if it does not.
