Unable to delete visualisation - permanent autosave fail!

Hi all,

I have two visualisations (tree map and geospatial map) that I am unable to delete.

Each time I try to delete these two, it will report autosave fail. I also can’t update either of these visualisations.

I have strip my dashboard to nothing but these two (removed all visualisations, removed all calculated fields, removed all filters, removed all controls) and I still can’t get these two to be removed or updated.

I have also cleared my browser cache, it didnt resolve.

Lastly, no one else is using this dashboard except me. I am the sole owner and person who can edit.

What the issue?

Hi @dixerio, Can you open a support case with AWS? Provide screenshots, dashboard id and a HAR file capturing the event when auto save fails. Thank you.

Thanks. I have since deleted and recreated the tab in the dashboard (deleting tab did not cause the autosave fail). Due to time, I can’t afford to wait for the support.

If I hit this issue again, I will be sure to report.
