Users are unable to access the chat agent completely (links, dashboards etc..) created for my process due to lack of space/knowledge base access, however I am not able to share space access with others, user name is disappearing when i am trying to share my space with others.

Welcome to the Quick Community! Just to confirm I understand, do you mean that when you are trying to share the space with your users, the users do not populate in search results, or do you mean something else?

Hi Luis, Thanks for the response. Yesterday user names were not populated to share, which is working today.
Issue is resolved, now the option is working fine.
