I have three separate dynamic parameters, one for subregion, one for super region, and one for username. I have no issues with the subregion and super region parameters working correctly, but the username dynamic parameter doesn’t work. It will show the correct username when I’m on the analysis and when I manually export, but if I schedule it to go to email, it breaks and just shows “ALL_VALUES”
Can share where do you export the data? is it in analysis or in the dashboard?
One reason I can think of is, may be there are more than one default value for each user.
Can check if this is the case in your end?

I’m using the Email Schedule to export it (which is only available in Dashboard view)
So the username actually does appear correct but for some reason soon as the email generates and sends, it reverts back to “ALL_VALUES”
I just tried in my end and it shows the same in both dashboard view and PDF report
Did you try to click the button “View Dashboard” in email and see whether it shows the user name?
if it still can’t figure out, can you raise a support ticket? so that our support engineer can check the logs in your environment?
If I click “View Dashboard” it does show the correct username, it’s only in the email PDF Attachment that is printing “ALL_VALUES” incorrectly.
I also tried PDF, it shows the same results as the email

Suggest raising a support ticket? so that our support engineer can check the logs in your environment or even do a screensharing
