Dashboard and e-mail report out of sync

Hi everyone,
I have a dashboard with data that finish updating at 8:00 every morning, as well as a daily e-mail report scheduled at 8:45. However, recently, the e-mail report that I receive contains the data/content from the previous day instead of the latest data. Would anyone have any insight as to why this happens?

And you’ve confirmed that at 8:00 am / 8:45 am the data in the dashboard is not from the previous day?

@Max Yes! I logged onto the dashboard before the e-mail is produced and I can already see the new data in it.

Hi, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
