Email Report Failing

I am trying to send the report over email and it is failing with the error:

"1. Report was not sent because of an internal error (User: 1)
Because the 1st visual didn’t render, the following consumers didn’t get the email report:

My report uses conditional rendering to show/hide some visualization. Is conditional rendering not supported by Email?

when you say “conditional rendering”, are you referring to the “Conditional rules” to hide/unhide visual in Free-form layout? if yes, it should not impact the email report. however, email report may be caused by application of Row Level or Column Level Security or Dynamic Default Parameter which will modify output for recipients.

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
