I am looking to schedule emails for my dashboard, but my team email id does not exist under user groups. Please advise.

You can select users and user groups to share dashboards. User group as such does not have any email id associated with it.
Scheduling emails is more a feature used for Pixel-perfect reporting.
Not sure what you are trying to do here. Can you elaborate a bit?

I am looking to add my team (hatcher-team@amazon.com) as viewer for this dashboard, and then select this group as recipients for the scheduled email. I was able to add ‘hatcher-directs@amazon.com but not ‘hatcher-team@amazon.com’.

Hey, thanks for checking in! I am not able to view or create user groups due to limited access. Is there a way you could help me setup hatcher-team@amazon.com as user group in QS?

Sorry for the late reply. I am not able to help you set up the user group as this process involves changing your role in IAM Identity Center. I would recommend reaching out to an admin (or someone you know with similar privileges) to see if they can create one for you or update your permissions.
