I am trying to use Quick Automate and I am running into an issue. The below is the error if you can help. This is what I am trying to automate. Not sure what I don’t have access to or what I need. Below is the task I am trying to be accomplish. Looks like it is failing on Asana connect. I have access to Asana and give it access. Not sure what tool is missing. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Monitor SharePoint document directory/folder
Parse Document Content
Create Asana Task
Error Message Action 3.3 Info: Execution ended due to an error: {“reason”: “CustomAgent.ResultProcessor.InvalidInput”, “type”: “System”, “message”: “Cannot complete the requested tasks because the required tools are not available in this session”, “code”: 400}
That is definitely interesting behavior that you are encountering. Just to make sure (and let me know if I am misunderstanding something), but does your Asana integration pop up as an available action on your end or are you applying it to one of the Quick Automate default actions?
I think this may occurring because the Asana action is currently not able to be used for Automate, possibly due to Automate being a more recent aspect of Quick. I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they may be able to let you know further why this could be occurring.
In the meantime (if you indeed have an Asana integration), I would try connecting it to a Flow or chat agent to fully make sure it is working in Quick.
