Hi team, I use an Enterprise account and I invited a couple of users to join this account by sending the invite emails to them through the invite user feature in QuickSight.
The problem is, one of the users didn’t receive the invite email even after I clicked the “send invitation” for a few times. Then I deleted the user from the user list and added the user back, and it seems working with the invite email received. But he still cannot log in, with the error code “Something doesn’t compute. We couldn’t verify your sign-in credentials. Please try again.” Then he requested to reset the password. However, he haven’t received the password resetting email, which was requested around 2 days ago.
I believe there is a bug around this user invite email or the password resetting email. Could someone take a look and help fix this? Thank you.
