I just created a new “SPACES” and added 45 team members as “Owners”, but they are not getting access to the new SPACE - with shares you are a “Reader”. Does anyone know how to ensure a team can be given access to a SPACE and all the files uploaded into that SPACE?

I saw that you mentioned something regarding ‘readers’, is it possible that your team members are registered as readers and not reader pros? The ‘pro’ role is needed to utilize the Agentic AI features; here’s some additional documentation regarding spaces for your review as well!
