Whenever i log in to QuickSuite, or activate the chrome browser extension, there are only two agents displayed: My Assistant, and an amazon Leo custom events strategy agent. when i click “See full agent library” it takes me to [private link] and still only shows those two agents, even when the filter is refined to “Show: All Agents”. However, when i paste a url of a previously saved agent [private link] it then takes me to the quyicksuite page and now i can see all the agents available to me. how can i get back to seeing all available agents by default?
Hi @brabaker and welcome to the Quick Community!
Quick note as I had to edit your original post; as this is a public facing forum, please refrain from sharing private account links, information or screenshots. As public users, we would be unable to access them anyways so no need to share links.
In regards to your question; I believe it has something to do with how the agent is shared with you. I encountered a similar scenario in the past where a team member shared an agent with me; however it was not populating on my agent list. The way we handled was the other team member then made me an owner of the agent and that allowed it to become visible in my list.
One thing to try out: While I’m having trouble seeing a location where it says ‘see full agent library’ to test out your scenario in my account, but if you head to the ‘Chat Agents’ page, there’s a drop down option which you can change to show any agent you have access to:
If you change this, do the other agents appear accurately?
Hi @brabaker,
Following up here as it’s been awhile since we last heard from you on this thread; did you have any additional questions regarding your initial post?
If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll close out this topic.
Thank you
Hi @brabaker,
Since we have not heard back further, I’ll go ahead and mark the solution. However, if you have any additional questions, feel free to create a new post in the community.
